Founded in 2010 and born out of the Concur Audit Service, TurnKey T&E has performed consulting and retained services on dozens of global implementations of Concur, Oracle, Chrome River, PeopleSoft and other Travel and Expense management applications.  Travel & Expense Management is TurnKey's primary focus but unlike the software providers, our services span applications from T&E to financial software to data integration platforms,  web services, corporate card providers, travel agencies, and even banks.  TurnKey's experience helps our clients achieve success with their T&E software and avoid costly, time consuming, mistakes.

The "TurnKey Way" is our unique approach to travel and expense management customer service.  Everything we do is satisfaction guaranteed or there's no cost to you.  TurnKey clients only pay for work performed.  TurnKey does not charge monthly minimums nor do we require volume commitments.  All support staff are US based and always will be.  They are trained to take a personal interest in solving not just the issue you have presently, but also the one you're likely to run into next.  

TurnKey T&E's mission is to be the premier value added service provider in the Travel and Expense Management space - regardless the application chosen by our clients.  TurnKey T&E will never be the "bargain basement" provider because we will never offshore our services to somewhere like the Philippines.  Likewise, without expensive office space in New York or Silicon Valley, TurnKey T&E will never be the most expensive provider.  We come on site when necessary, but will continue to leverage remote services as much as possible to keep costs as low as possible.  Remote services are just too practical in an industry dominated by SaaS offerings.  

While TurnKey T&E might have certification in one T&E application or another, our loyalty will always remain to our clients first.  TurnKey is a service provider and not a software developer.  Because of that TurnKey T&E can span the boundaries of multiple applications to provide expert services on a single project - for example, one travel booking tool, another expense management software, a 3rd financial software, plus an integration platform and/or business intelligence tool.
